A flexible 4-week training block that can fit into any schedule which I tailor to your training availability, whether that is 3 or 6 days a week. You’ll receive a detailed 4 week plan with feedback and technique cues to help you maximize your performance.
As it's personalised to your training environment, I can accommodate varying equipment and time constraints, ensuring you can progress effectively no matter your setup.

Your online program includes a detailed 4-week plan with personalised feedback and technique cues to help you refine your lifts and maximize performance. Stay on track with regular video submissions through WhatsApp, where Tom provides ongoing feedback and advice. You’ll also receive instructional videos for any unfamiliar movements, machines, or technique cues to support your progress.
For optimal results, it’s recommended to commit to a 12-week program (3 x 4 weeks) to see the best gains, but not a requirement.
Like the program-only option, this program can be tailored wholly to your gym and equipment access.

This program is ideal for anyone looking to build confidence in their lifts, gain expert tips in real-time, and stay motivated through the support of a dedicated coach. During your sessions, you’ll receive immediate feedback to refine your technique, as well as a personalized 4-week training plan to keep progressing outside of the gym.
Your package also includes ongoing support via WhatsApp for questions and feedback between sessions, plus instructional content for any unfamiliar movements or techniques.
